Located at the heart of the city, it's a great spot for exploring all it has to offer. The service at the front desk is fantastic and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms may be slightly dated, but they are clean and well-equipped. The breakfast is varied and delicious, setting you up for the day ahead. The live music in the evening creates a nice atmosphere.
The restaurant and bar staff could be more enthusiastic.

Good breakfast and prime location in the city center. the staff at the reception was helpful and friendly. the rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for my business trip needs.
The noise levels were high, and the rooms lacked proper sound insulation. the bathroom was not up to my standards, and I found an insect in the room.

The breakfast was satisfactory with decent options to choose from. The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was situated in the heart of the city, near many restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and had comfortable bedding.
Our Easter experience at the hotel was not what we expected. The noise level was unbearable, as there were loud performances in the evenings that continued late into the night.

The location couldn't be better, right in the centre where all the action is. The staff at the reception were exceptional, providing excellent service from the moment I arrived. They were courteous and always willing to help with any request I had. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the Congolese rumba band that played in the evenings, adding to the atmospheric vibe of the place. I had a great experience here.
